Domestic Orders (Within the UK):
- All prices for orders delivered within the United Kingdom include a 20% Value Added Tax (VAT).
International Orders (Outside the UK):

Prices for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom do not include UK VAT.

Recipients of international orders are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees applicable in their destination country.

These additional charges are not covered or reimbursed by West French.
Customs Clearance and Delivery Times:

International shipments may experience delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.

West French has no control over customs processing times and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Returns and Refunds:

If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, we will refund the cost of the items upon receipt, excluding the original shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For faulty or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return and refund or replacement.
Customer Responsibilities:

It is the customer's responsibility to be informed about and comply with their country's import regulations and to pay any associated duties and taxes.

Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being held by customs or returned to us.
