Domestic Shipping (UK)

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

For orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, we will ship them on the following Monday. If a bank holiday falls on a Monday, your order will be shipped the next available working day.

Once your order is dispatched, we will update you with a tracking number and shipping details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier, but we will always do our best to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

For our international customers, please note that duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in the price of your order or shipping fees. These additional charges may be imposed by your country’s customs office upon arrival of the goods.

As the recipient, you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Please check with your local customs office to determine any potential charges prior to placing your order.

We will process and dispatch international orders as quickly as possible, and we will provide you with tracking information to help you monitor your shipment. However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific transit times, as these may vary due to factors such as customs processing and the courier's own schedules.

Any delays in transit or customs clearance are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for any such delays.
